High-temperature-resistant polyorganosiloxane coating

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Latest generation high-temperature-resistant coating with environmentally friendly technology.

  • Excellent temperature resistance up to 600 °C with unmatched colour stability even in brilliant colours. Available in a wide range of classic and special colours.
  • Ability to cure at room temperature. Does not require additional oven drying.
  • Produces an extremely scratch and crack resistant surface capable of high mechanical and chemical loads.
  • Smoke-free and odourless on first use or first heat load.
  • Outstanding adhesion properties on steel and cast iron.
  • Environmentally friendly formulation: VOC content <200 g/L is possible.

  • For corrosion requirements for ISO 12944-5 C4/C5 category environments, 662M can also be combined with high-temperature-resistant Silicotherm® zinc primer.

Polyorganosiloxane coating

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONA high-temperature-resistant one-coat system based on polyorganosiloxane technology for surfaces subjected to
temperatures up to 650 °C.

  • Can be used as a self-priming one-coat system, primer and topcoat applied in one single coating.
  • High-temperature resistance tested up to 650 °C, with excellent resistance to thermal shock.
  • Environmentally friendly formulation with innovative, ultra-high-solids formulation.
  • High zinc content in the dried film provides excellent corrosion protection.
  • Cures at room temperature. Smoke-free and odourless on first use.
  • Excellent adhesion on steel and cast iron.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Self-priming 2-component acrylic one-coat system for surfaces exposed to thermal loads.

  • Thermal loads up to 200 °C, short-term up to 250 °C.
  • Self-priming, the primer and topcoat can be applied in one single coating.
  • Exceptional scratch, shock and impact resistance, suitable for high mechanical loads.
  • Outstanding direct adhesion to steel, cast iron, aluminium and zinc.
  • Weatherproof. High resistance to saltwater, chemicals and fuel.
  • Very good corrosion protection, suitable for C3-C5M/I category environments.
